READING / WRITING GROUP

Welcome to a weekly meeting point for reading and writing. Meetings take place every Friday from 10:00 to 12:00. The usual meeting place is skogen, but we are sometimes meeting in other places. Therefore, please contact us if you are coming for the first time.

The reading sessions are an invitation to experience the collective act of (quiet) reading—alone, yet connected. Bring a text that resonates with you: a novel, article, poem, or any piece you feel drawn to read by yourself in the presence of others. The writing sessions are an invitation to work on any type of text in a collective workspace. Every session will start with a writing proposal, as an invitation to follow. You can also bring a topic or task that resonates with your needs.

For both the reading and the writing sessions, we establish a rhythm with planned breaks, offering moments to pause, fika and talk, and in the end we come together for a small sharing. The group is rooted in a need for regular gatherings with an atmosphere of focus and intention, but also making possible space for shared reflection. The group is open to anyone, you don't have to join every time and you can choose to be a part of only the reading or only the writing.
