Joaquín Jiménez-Sauma, known as jjsauma, is a music producer, lecturer, and interdisciplinary artist based in Gothenburg, Sweden, who specializes in the convergence of sound, image, and computer science. With master's degrees in Sound and Music Computing and Computer Sciences, he is a prominent figure in creative technology, recognized as the first Ableton Certified Trainer in Latin America and the first Spanish-speaking Max/MSP Certified Trainer. His work, which explores the man-machine relationship through live interaction, generative music, and sound design techniques like granular synthesis, has been showcased internationally at festivals like MUTEK, Sonar and in Germany's Bauhaus University. Currently, he serves as a Senior Audio Specialist at Volvo Cars while continuing to lecture, provide custom training, and develop new media art projects involving machine learning and data conversion.
